When, actually, I’m pretty sure most of our attitudes are this:

“I’m afraid to spend money on something that might suck, since most music and movies actually do suck, but considering I saw The Avengers seventeen times, I’m happy to spend money on what I know is good, and I’m happy to tell my friends to do the same.”
